Remember why you started, don’t give up, don’t quit, you’re a fighter ok? Just eat healthy, workout, be positive and patient!
The days you have eaten carbs, have past already… So don’t worry about it. Just take it from now on. Don’t get overwhelme, plan the different meals u are you going to eat to keep you focus. I use to eat a lot of carbs. I have three weeks eating healthier!!! One thing that worked for me was trying different foods I can replaces carbs with. Trust me I never liked vegetables but now little by little I am.
